Fără atacuri la persoană!

Vă informăm că la Wikipedia dorim să păstrăm o atmosferă civilizată și ca urmare nu tolerăm atacurile la persoană. Nu există absolut nici o scuză pentru a jigni, înjosi, amenința un utilizator sau a vă purta necuviincios. Mesajul de față v-a fost trimis pentru: lipsesc detalii concrete despre atac. Dacă veți continua acest comportament vi se va ridica dreptul de a modifica paginile proiectului. Vă mulțumim.

Pentru intervenția de aici. Lansați atacuri inacceptabile: nume deștept, năravuri. Iar faptul că este o clonă sau nu, este irelevant. Discutați problema pe care o are comunitatea, iar parte din vină vă aparține, nu atacați persoana. --NeaIancu (discuție) 20 aprilie 2019 17:43 (EEST)

Recent changes

• The Wikipedia app for Android now invites users to add Wikidata descriptions to Wikidata objects that have Wikipedia articles but no Wikidata descriptions. It will only invite users who have added a number of Wikidata descriptions in the app without being reverted. This is to avoid spam and bad edits. [7][8]

Problems

• Tech News was late last week because of a MassMessage bug. Other newsletters had the same problem. [9]

Changes later this week

• You will see when you last refreshed the recent changes page. This is so you can see how recent the changes are. [10]
• When you write a comment in Structured Discussions but have not posted it yet your web browser will save it in local storage instead of session storage. This means you do not lose them even if you close your web browser. Structured Discussions used to be called Flow. [11]
• You will be able to turn off milestone notifications. Milestone notifications congratulate you when you have made certain numbers of edits. [12]
• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 30 April. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 1 May. It will be on all wikis from 2 May (calendar).

• You can join the technical advice meeting on IRC. During the meeting, volunteer developers can ask for advice. The meeting will be on 1 May at 15:00 (UTC). See how to join.

Future changes

• The Wikidata wb_terms table will be dropped. This will affect some Wikidata tools. They need to be updated. The table has become too big which is causing problems. This will happen on 29 May. You can read more. You can ask for help if you need it.
• Wikimedia wikis will soon use a token when you log out. This changes how the API works. Some tools might need to be updated. [13]

Recent changes

• The report for phase 1 of the talk pages consultation 2019 has been published. Communities are invited to start phase 2 of the consultation on their wikis.

Problems

• File descriptions for files from Commons were not shown properly on other Wikimedia wikis for a few days. For example the image descriptions and license information were missing. This has now been fixed. [15][16]
• Some diffs show an error message when you try to see them. The developers are working on fixing it. It could be because of some edit comments. [17][18]

Future changes

• The content translation tool on Wikipedia can use machine translations. There is a system to stop translations where the editors do not fix machine translation mistakes. This warns or stops them if they seem to just copy what the machine translation gives them. If this system is too strict or not strict enough you can tell the language team. [19]
• The Wikidata wbeditentity API endpoint will remove all aliases if the request includes an empty alias. This is how it supposed to work. It has not been working this way because of a bug. This will start on 12 June. [20]

@Sacha47: Da, pot, însă ar fi mult mai bine dacă ați face chiar dvs, pentru că nu e greu și veți putea corecta și pe viitor asemenea probleme. Dacă nu vă descurcați, voi face eu.

Iată procedura (pe un calculator, nu pe telefon și cu interfața în limba română, dar e la fel și în germana):

1. căutați in meniul din stânga intrarea numită "Element wikidata" și dați clic.
2. în pagina unde ajungeți căutați câmpul cel mai apropiat de ceea ce doriți să modificați; în cazul de față "angajator"
3. sub valoarea sau valorile curente (aici "Universitatea din Regensburg") aveți o linie gri cu o legătură "+add value" (nu e tradusă în română încă). Clic pe ea.
4. vă va apărea un câmp nou unde puteți începe să scrieți "Universitatea din München" și softul vă va da niște opțiuni din care să alegeți. Dacă nu apare cea dorită, mai scrieți niște caractere. E posibil ca numele să nu fie tradus în română, în cazul respectiv încercați în germană - asta este independent de limba în care vizualizați site-ul. Când apare universitatea căutată, dați clic pe ea și apoi apăsați pe legătura "publish".

Asta este tot. Puteți repeta ultimii pași de câte ori vreți pentru a adăuga mai multe instituții. Succes și dacă nu vă descurcați sau faceți greșeli puteți să-mi spuneți și rezolvăm. Strainu (دسستي‎)  22 mai 2019 15:15 (EEST)

Changes later this week

• Big changes to the replica database will happen on 3 June. Some tools on Cloud Services will stop working if the maintainers do not update them to use the new schema. This probably affects tools that query for revisions or log entries made by a user. [21][22]
• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 28 May. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 29 May. It will be on all wikis from 30 May (calendar).

Recent changes

• You can now write all special letters in all African Wikipedia languages. This works in the desktop version. [23]
• There is now a field called depicts on Commons. This is a way to show what is in a picture with the help of Wikidata. It is still in development. [24]
• Some tools on Toolforge may break on or after 3 June because of database changes. Maintainers should update their tools to use the new schema. [25][26]

Problems

• You will be able to read but not to edit Wikimedia Commons for 30 minutes on 19 June at 05:00 (UTC). This is to fix a hardware problem. [27]

Changes later this week

• Some wikis have one tab for the visual editor and one tab for a wikitext editor. Others wikis just have one tab. If your wiki has two tabs, clicking a link to create a new page has always opened a wikitext editor. It will now open the editor you used the last time you edited. [28]
• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 4 May. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 5 May. It will be on all wikis from 6 May (calendar).

Modificare pagină persoană politică

Salut!

Eu lucrez pentru domnul Barna și încerc să modific conținutul paginii în așa fel încât să reflecte mai bine realitatea. Informațiile de pe pagină nu sunt de actulitatea și necesită modificări. Am încercat să încarc modificări ieri, însă acestea nu Am încercat să modific de asemenea și imaginea din pagină, însă nici acolo nu am avut succes.

Poți să mă ajuți cu recomandări despre cum ar trebui să fac modificările pentru a fi acceptate și care să fie modul de lucru pe viitor pentru a putea păstra conținutul nealterate? ← Acest comentariu nesemnat a fost adăugat de Andreea Irdc (discuție • contribuții).

Răspunsul scurt

Deocamdată nu puteți modifica articolul. Au existat numeroase editări și pro și contra de la utilizator cu o agendă evidentă, așa că momentan articolul nu poate fi editat decât de administratori.

Răspunsul lung

În primul și în primul rând declarați-vă afilierea (vezi aici un exemplu). În al doilea rând familiarizați-vă cu politicile și îndrumările Wikipedia (aveți legături în mesajul de bun venit pe care l-ați primit), inclusiv cu cea care zice că „verificabilitatea contează, nu adevărul”. Dacă alegeți să scrieți pe Wikipedia, datoria dvs. este în primul rând față de cititori, nu față de dl. Barna.

Citiți apoi măcar unul (sau toate 12) din articolele de calitate despre politicieni. Avem de pe ambele părți ale cortinei de fier și din epoci diferite, deci aveți de unde alege. Dacă credeți că ați înțeles cum ar trebui procedat, vă puteți încerca mâna pe un articol, să zicem, neutru. De exemplu Helmut Kohl - articolului îi lipsesc sursele în unele paragrafe, are niște probleme de traduceri și nu i-ar strica și niște completări. Bineînțeles, nu vă poate nimeni obliga să citiți/scrieți despre ce nu vă interesează, deci puteți trece peste acest paragraf.

Folosiți pagina de teste (o puteți găsi în interfața desktop în meniul de sus, unde scrie "Teste") pentru a edita articolul Dan Barna - intrați în modul de editare în articol, selectați tot și copiați, apoi în pagina de teste dați paste. Nu va funcționa infocaseta (cutia din dreapta-sus), dar e OK, o puteți ignora. Editați apoi articolul respectând politicile și îndrumările. Nu uitați că scrieti o enciclopedie, nu un CV sau articol publicitar așa că nu copiați din materialele publicate de echipa dvs. sau de USR în alte medii, evitați judecățile de valoarea și exprimările evazive. În articol trebuie să apară și faptele și opiniile negative, dacă există surse care să le susțină.

Când considerați că ați terminat o anumită secțiune (sau articolul) lăsați un mesaj în pagina de discuție a articolului în care să explicați ce doriți să introduceți în articol și de ce e mai bine ca înainte. Dacă nu vi se răspunde în câteva zile cel mai probabil nu a văzut nimeni mesajul și puteți solicita un review la Wikipedia:Cafenea. Așteptați-vă la pushback și reformulări.
