Salut! Pagina Vladimir 1 contine o grava greseala de natura stiintifica.

Locul decesului cneazului este Rusia Kieveana, dar, este adaugat si "Ucraina". Potrivit oricarei surse istorice, in secolul respectiv nu exista "Ucraina". --Eduard Milian (discuție) 12 februarie 2023 16:10 (EET)

@Eduard Milian mulțumim de observație. Informația respectivă provine de la Wikidata și trebuie corectată acolo, dar nu sunt sigur cum.

La locul decesului (P20) e trecut Berestove (Q2657223) care are țară (P17) Ucraina și situat în unitatea administrativă (P131) Kiev, dar nu mi-e clar cum se fac legăturile Berestove - Rusia Kieveană (bănuiesc că prin Kiev, dar de ce nu apare în articol?), respectiv Rusia Kieveană - Ucraina (unde chiar n-am nicio idee). Da, așa e. Berestove (Q2657223) ar trebui să aibă același set de valori la țară (P17) ca și Kiev (Q1899). Sau cel puțin aceeași valoare pentru data respectivă. —Andrei^discuție 13 februarie 2023 14:54 (EET)

• On wikis where patrolled edits are enabled, changes made to the mentor list by autopatrolled mentors are not correctly marked as patrolled. It will be fixed later this week. [1]

• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 14 February. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 15 February. It will be on all wikis from 16 February (calendar).
• The Reply tool and other parts of DiscussionTools will be deployed for all editors using the mobile site. You can read more about this decision. [2]

Referitor la discuția avută pe Cafenea despre Incorpo.ro, cum crezi că aș putea proceda cât să validez ideea?

Utilizator:Turbojet a recomandat să încerc ideea pe Wikipedia în engleză. Problema pe care o văd e că e posibil să ajung într-un loop în care să primesc opinii din partea Wikipedia Engleză că discuția trebuie să se poarte pe Wikipedia România, în timp ce aici primesc recomandări în sens contrar.

Nu am experiență enormă în aspetele comunitare și de administrare a platformei, și fiind pe lista de ghizi și unul dintre administratorii Wikipedia România, mă gândesc că ai putea să mă direcționezi înspre zona potrivită.

Problema pe care o văd este că probabil paginile stub de la noi nu prezintă notabilitate pentru Wikipedia Engleză. Deci nu văd de ce ar vrea ei să își asume un bot care practic să nu aducă nimic util misiunii Wikipedia.

În același timp, dacă implementarea unui astfel de tool pe wikipedia din România prezintă probleme de dubiu referitor la interpretarea regulior Wikipedia (uzanțele și regulamentele clare), atunci înțeleg perspectiva wikipedistilor din RO.

De asemenea, consideri că link-ul trebuie să rămână în spam (evident, nu vom publică nimic sau menționa nimic în contextul în care nu este permis)?

Recent changes

• The Community Wishlist Survey 2023 edition has been concluded. Community Tech has published the results of the survey and will provide an update on what is next in April 2023.
• On wikis which use LanguageConverter to handle multiple writing systems, articles which used custom conversion rules in the wikitext (primarily on Chinese Wikipedia) would have these rules applied inconsistently in the table of contents, especially in the Vector 2022 skin. This has now been fixed. [13]

Changes later this week

• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 7 March. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 8 March. It will be on all wikis from 9 March (calendar).
• A search system has been added to the Preferences screen. This will let you find different options more easily. Making it work on mobile devices will happen soon. [14]

Changes later this week

• The new version of MediaWiki will be on test wikis and MediaWiki.org from 21 March. It will be on non-Wikipedia wikis and some Wikipedias from 22 March. It will be on all wikis from 23 March (calendar).
• A link to the user's Special:Autentificare centrală page will appear on Special:Contribuții — some user scripts which previously added this link may cause conflicts. This feature request was voted #17 in the 2023 Community Wishlist Survey.
• The Special:Filtru abuzuri edit window will be resizable and larger by default. This feature request was voted #80 in the 2023 Community Wishlist Survey.
• There will be a new option for Administrators when they are unblocking a user, to add the unblocked user’s user page to their watchlist. This will work both via Special:Unblock and via the API. [18]

• Development
  • EntitySchemas: We started working on the new datatype to link to EntitySchemas in statements (phab:T214884)
  • Query Builder: We finished the work on the language selector so you can swithc the interface language of the tool (phab:T328148) It will be available on the site in the next days.
  • Wikibase REST API: We implemented the functionality to provide an Item's label, description or aliases in a specific language (phab:T323173)
